These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or undertaking a class, workshop, bespoke sessions, programme or course with All About Children you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out here.
These terms and conditions abide by The Consumer Contract Regulations. You’re welcome to print or store these terms for your own records.
All About Children own the copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in all material and content on this website. Any reproduction of the material or content is strictly prohibited.
You may not create any link to this website without prior written consent, nor may you restrict or inhibit the use or enjoyment of it by anyone else.
While we will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information, we place on All About Children (allaboutchildren.org.uk) website, we make no warranties, whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy.
This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Wherever the term “Working Days or Hours” is featured, this excludes bank holidays, and public holidays such as Christmas. Any holiday times will be clearly displayed on the homepage or on social media.
All About Children processes all data in accordance with our GDPR compliant privacy policy which can be found on our website.
Should you have any complaints, please send them to the contact information detailed at the bottom of this document. These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on this site. They do not affect your statutory rights.
Prices
Prices are subject to change but are correct at time of posting. Any glitches, errors or typos are not required to be honoured. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the course, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether.
Any special offers will have a clear displayed end date.
Prices are displayed in CURRENCY and are INCLUSIVE of VAT
Payment
Any contract for bookings / purchases made through the website or social media will be with All About Children.
All About Children must receive payment of the whole of the price for the services BEFORE your booking can be accepted, and the contract formed.
All About Children standard payment terms are as follows:
Hearts & Minds Classes - classes are booked on a half or full term basis, payment in full is expected at time of booking. The first session (taster) can be paid as a single session prior to committing for the full or half term. Limited availability for drop in places.
Heart & Minds Workshops payment is expected in full at the time of booking.
Bespoke Sessions are pre booked and payment is taken to secure your session. Full payment is expected prior to the sessions.
Payment is via Invoice with BACS transfer. No cash payments. Cheques are accepted unless with prior arragement. I
Mini Me Yoga Wellbeing Workshops Terms and Conditions:
A deposit is taken at the time of booking and the remaining monies are paid by the date stated on your invoice usually 7 days prior to the workshop taking place or payment in full at the time of booking. You are expected to have made full payment prior to the workshop.
If after 30 days the invoice remains outstanding the following terms will apply under The Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. This will equate to £40 late invoice fee + 8% APR.
NON-ATTENDANCE If you do not attend a course, and you have not previously informed us, the full fee remains payable. Your deposit payment is non-refundable (if applicable).
LATE ARRIVALS/MISSED SESSIONS If you arrive late for a course or are absent from any session, we reserve the right to refuse to accept you for training if we feel you will gain insufficient knowledge or skill in the time remaining. In all such cases, the full course fee remains payable.
UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES On occasion, unforeseen circumstances may require us to cancel a course/ class.
In such circumstances you will be given as much notice as possible and either a free transfer to another course date or a full refund of fees paid.
CANCELLATION Should circumstances mean that you have to cancel your course and are unable to transfer your booking to another date at the time of cancellation, the following charges may apply:
Any contract for purchases made through the website will be with All About Children. All About Children must receive payment of the whole of the price for the services that you order BEFORE your order can be accepted, and the contract formed.
Bookings: Bookings are preferred to be made via email or phone. Telephone bookings must be confirmed in writing via email to [email protected]
Cancellations
Under The Consumer Contract Regulations, your right to cancel begins from the moment you place your booking or order and is valid until the class, workshop or materials are accessed up to 14 days following your purchase.
If you wish to cancel a block booking of classes during a term, then a refund will only be offered if the child / young persons place can be filled by another child / young person. Please contact me directly to discuss a cancellation, only by exceptional circumstances (my decision remains final) will a refund be made.
4. TRANSFERSShould circumstances mean that you need to transfer to another Teen Yoga course, the following charges will apply, dependent on notice given:

- Two to four weeks prior to the course – 50% of the course fee
- Less than two weeks prior to the course – full fee
- NB Cancellation must be made in writing and received by All About Children by the due date

4. TRANSFERSShould circumstances mean that you need to transfer to another Teen Yoga course, the following charges will apply, dependent on notice given:
- First transfer, made more than four weeks prior to the course start date – no charge
- Two to four weeks’ notice given – 25% of the course fee
- Less than two weeks’ notice given – 50% of the course fee
- All transfers must be taken within a period of six months from the original date
