Policy Statement
It is All About Children's policy that we will always seek specific consent from Children and Adults where we are planning to use an image (photograph or short videos) for use on this website, social media sites, and marketing publications.
All About Children may take photographs of children, young people and or adults through the following activities: Mini Me Yoga workshops and classes, Inamojo Social and Emotional Wellbeing Programme for Children, Story Massage and Workshops.
The consent form must be completed before the photography/video filming takes place.
All About Children will not use the name of the child or adult in the accompanying text or photo caption.
If All About Children is invited into an organisation to teach one of the programmes then All About Children will comply with the local policy.
In addition to signed consent forms Children, young people and adults will be specifically asked during classes and or workshops for their consent for photo's and or videos to be taken. If the child or young person says no, then this will be respected and no photo's or videos will be taken of that session. Adults who refuse consent will be asked to step to one side to allow for photo's to be taken of consenting adults.
If consent is not given by a parent or a child/young person on a consent form then no photo's or videos will be taken during the sessions that child is present for.
Images or video's will not be shared with anyone outside of All About Children or any third party company. This is accordance with our Privacy policy.
