An Introduction to Yoga and Positive Thinking for Kids
During our foundation 2 hour workshop parents and children will learn simple techniques for introducing 15 minutes a day of yoga, mindfulness, and positive thinking using yoga games and exercise to make it fun and engaging.
It is delivered in a child-friendly format so that parents and children attend and learn together making it a fun family experience. You will receive a pack of Magick Yoga cards to use at home.
No experience with yoga is necessary – anyone can join in the kid's yoga fun!
Aimed at children aged 3- 11 year olds.
