Mini me yoga™ Tweenies Workshop
An Introduction to Yoga and Positive Thinking for Pre-teens & Teens.
This workshop is aimed at 9-15 year olds teaching them skills and techniques to de-stress, reduce anxiety and support their emotional and physical well being!
In this 2-hour Mini Me Yoga workshop, teachers, parents, grandparents social and healthcare practitioner, and childcare providers learn simple techniques for introducing 15 minutes a day of tweenies yoga and positive thinking to children and young people.
No experience with yoga is necessary – anyone can join in the Tweenies yoga fun!
