mini me yoga
Mini Me Yoga™ empowers parents, educators, healthcare professionals and all childcare practitioners to bring a simple 15-minute yoga and mindfulness programme into a child’s daily routine. Our mission is to bring JOY into ALL children’s lives.
No Yoga experience is needed, just the will to have fun!
I am the Mini Me Yoga Ambassador for Cambridgeshire. I am happy to travel far and wide to bring these wonderful programmes into Children's and Young Peoples lives.
I also offer Mini Me Yoga and Meditation classes for children.
Introducing these simple classes in school, daycare, healthcare settings or the home significantly reduces stress, increases children’s capacity to learn, be gentle to one another, respect nature and grow strong mentally and physically.
During this age where childhood diabetes, food intolerance’s and hyperactive syndromes are on the rise, our games and activities bring much needed fun time where children can create and express themselves.
This is an opportunity to strengthen the bond with your child while improving their (and your) well-being in just 15 minutes or more a day.
Studies have found that kids yoga helps them learn how to release stress, retain more information, and increase confidence and happiness, among other benefits. Positive thinking techniques increase a child’s awareness of the power of their own thoughts and give them access to being the author of their own life.
These workshops are for grown-ups to then teach the children in their lives; parents, grandparents, teachers, teacher assistants, healthcare professionals, childminders, au pairs, nannies, babysitters, childcare trainee's, trainee teacher etc. The list is endless essentially anyone who works with or supports children in any setting.
All training is CPD certified.
All workshops can be tailored to your individual setting and can held as in-house training.
Mini Me Yoga offers a variety of programmes suitable for children and young people aged 2.5 years to 16 years including weekly classes and monthly family workshops.
